Only 41 percent of all West Virginia residents have been FULLY vaccinated against Covid-19.
In an attempt to increase that number, the state will be soon be offering many INCENTIVES for it's residents to get at least ONE dose of the vaccine, including a chance to WIN Trucks...and GUNS!
