The Canadian government doesn't want their MLB Blue Jays to travel here to our COVID-ridden U.S. for away games, then, come back to Toronto for their home games - so, they've barred the Blue Jays from playing at their home field, Rogers Center. The minor league ballpark in Buffalo, NY, was considered, but Blue Jays management prefers to play in a major league ballpark - and it looks like PNC Park is in the running.
