Undated) -- Who knew that sipping whiskey would be good for the environment. In 2021, beverage company Diageo [[Dee-ah-geo]] says Johnnie Walker will be sold in paper-based bottles. The company, which owns the label, said the bottle will be produced from wood that has a high sustainability rate. Diageo says the new bottle, along with other alternative beverage distributing practices, will benefit the company's plan to meet the United Nations' sustainability goals. Last year, the company switched out plastic rings for cardboard packaging on Guinness cans.
