Frances McDormand Explains "Inclusion Rider."

In her acceptance speech for the OSCAR for Best Actress, Frances McDormand mentioned 'two words' at the end, 'inclusion rider.'  Backstage, she explains that it's a rider in a contract that you can demand or request, that includes 50% diversity in the cast and crew of the project.
