John F. Scalo, President and CEO - Scalo Companies

Jack F. Scalo began his career at the Burns & Scalo Roofing Company, Inc. working in the warehouse and on the roofing crews during school breaks from 1975 through 1981. In 1982, he advanced to the position of Vice President.

Promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer in the mid 90’s, Jack has been responsible for the growth and future direction of the Company. Since assuming the duties of President/CEO, Jack’s energy and vision have resulted in estimated 2000% revenue and profit growth rate.

In addition to successfully growing and leading a second-generation family business, he has started several other related businesses, expanded regionally, and acquired established related businesses:

In addition, as an active Solar developer, Scalo Solar Solutions has made significant solar donations to non-profits.

Jack is involved with the oversight for the management of a group captive Roofing Insurance Group and a single parent captive insurance group. He is also active in numerous larger commercial real estate investments as equity stakeholder with his twin brother Jim Scalo, President of Burns & Scalo Real Estate Services.
