TACO BELL: Turns Back The Clock With Four Menu Comebacks

Taco Bell is turning back the clock by bringing back four menu items from 2016 beginning today, August 20. Here’s the lineup of the Taco Bell Decades #TBTB Menu:

  • Naked Chicken Chalupa – An all-white-meat chicken shell filled with lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and Avocado Ranch Sauce. It was first tested in Kansas City in 2016, and it can be added to the $9 Discovery Luxe Box with a Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito, Crunchy Taco, Chips & Nacho Cheese Sauce, and a medium fountain drink.
  • Beefy Crunch Burrito – Priced at $2.79, it features seasoned beef, Flamin’ Hot Fritos, seasoned rice, reduced-fat sour cream, and nacho cheese sauce. Fans have been asking for the return of this item for years.
  • Meximelt – One of the chain’s longtime classics, it’s priced at $2.99 and consists of a soft flour tortilla with seasoned beef, fresh pico de gallo, and a warm three-cheese blend.
  • Caramel Apple Empanada – A crisp, golden pastry with warm apple pieces and caramel, priced at $2.99. It has been on and off Taco Bell menus for years.

In addition to the returning menu items, Taco Bell will drop limited-edition collaborations with Anti Social Social Club and screen-free digital camera brand Camp Snap on August 25 as part of its Tuesday Drops program. There’s also an in-app scavenger hunt that runs from August 25 through September 14 for Rewards members, with a new offer each week.

The Taco Bell Decades #TBTB Menu is available now at participating locations for a limited time
