John Cena won’t let the COVID-19 crisis get in the way of his work with the Make-a-Wish Foundation. He showed up at David Castle’s home in Tampa, Florida for an early birthday celebration.
The pro wrestler-turned-action star – wearing a mask and gloves with his neon green WWE gear – brought the soon-to-be eight-year-old replica WWE championship belts, signed t-shirts, and a bobblehead along with a hat and some armbands. David – whose birthday is on May 10th – was diagnosed with Wilms tumor, a childhood cancer that starts in the kidneys, in October.
For the record, Cena has granted more than six hundred wishes with the foundation.
