You know, if newspapers do enough stuff like this, they just might make a comeback.
A guy named Tom Sietsema is a food critic for the Washington Post. He got a message from a reader last week thanking him for one of his recent restaurant reviews for a very unexpected reason.
Turns out a woman had read that restaurant review and noticed something very strange about the picture that was included. She wrote, "Well, Tom, your latest review is accompanied by a picture of my husband dining with a woman who isn't me! Once confronted with photographic evidence, he confessed to having an ongoing affair."
Tom says he's not sure which of his reviews had the picture, but readers are searching through his recent articles to try to find it.
