POWERFUL STORM: Dislodges Old Iron Boat Closer to Niagara Falls

A boat stuck above Niagara Falls for more than 100 years is loose after heavy storms.

The ship got stuck on some rocks back in 1918 when the two men on board who were able to stop the boat before it went over the falls on the Canadian side. The men were saved in a daring rescue but the boat was left where it was, until now.

The remains got loose on Halloween and got stuck in a new location. Not only did it find a new home, but in the process it somehow flipped on its side and spun around.

The Niagara Parks staff is keeping an eye on the wreck, noting there's no way to know if it will stay put.
