Three months of calls to officials in Kansas City about a big pothole with no action was long enough for Frank Sereno.
He decided to hold a birthday party for the pothole in the city's Waldo neighborhood, telling KCTV his stunt on Facebook at least amused his neighbors.
Kansas City public works spokeswoman Maggie Green says they know there are still potholes that haven't been filled since they popped up this winter, but says they're getting to them as fast as the weather allows.
Days after Sereno threw the party, the pothole got fixed!
