O.J. Promises To ‘Set The Record Straight’ In Second Viral Tweet

Hey, guess what OJ Simpson did this weekend?

He finally took a stab at Twitter.

Yup, and his two tweets over the past two days have both gone viral.

The first tweet from @TheRealOJ32 was a 22-second video posted Friday night that was viewed almost 2 million times in eight hours in which he declared with a smile that“I’ve got a little getting even to do.”

And while that should have meant monetizing Twitter so he could “even out” the $70-million debt he still owes to Goldman family, he posted a video with this short message:

“Hey Twitter world, this is yours truly. Now, coming soon to Twitter, you’ll get to read all my thoughts and opinions on just about everything. Now, there’s a lot of fake OJ accounts out there. So this one, @TheRealOJ32 is the only official one. So, this should be a lot of fun. I’ve got a little getting even to do. So God bless. Take care.”

Then his second video yesterday shows OJ promising to “set the record straight.”

“Hey Twitter world. You know for years, people have been able to say whatever they want to say to me, with no accountability. But now I get to challenge a lot of that BS and set the record straight,” he promises. More importantly I’ll be able to talk about everything, especially sports fantasy football. And even politics. But for now let me just say to my fellow fathers out there, happy Father’s Day. And God bless,” he wrote.

Within 24 hours, that video had been clicked on nearly 7 million times.

Wow. If he had charged 10 bucks per view, him and the Goldman family would have been even.
