Thank you for your interest in the iHeartRadio Planet Fitness Challenge! Our program involves a two-hour appearance by the iHeart Team. We will set up an interactive inflatable along with other elements to make this a physical challenge! Contestants will have the opportunity to test their skills to win various prizes.
Although we attract quite a crowd, past experience has proven that the inflatable works better in a festival atmosphere where there are other activities such as food booths, carnival games, civic demonstrations and other entertainment occurring. The event must be open to the general public, therefore family reunions and company picnics cannot be considered.
Our challenge requires a 30’ x 30’ space with easy access for our vehicles to load and unload. You will also need to provide a dedicated 120-volt AC electric line within 100 feet of the area.
We are able to provide the Planet Fitness Challenge to your community event free of charge because of the gracious support of our sponsors. Our sponsors have indicated that they may want to join us during some of our appearances at area community events this year. We don’t anticipate that this would require any additional space other than the requested 30’ x 30’ area. Sponsor activities may include display, sampling of food or beverage product and couponing.
