It appears that A-Rod likes to use the bathroom without closing his blinds. Lawyers for Alex Rodriguez are trying to track down the photographer who snapped a pic of him on the toilet in the Park Avenue apartment he shares with his fiancée Jennifer Lopez.
Someone with a clear view from an adjacent building took a photo of him sitting on the can with his pants down while texting on his phone. Of course, the shot has been making the rounds through Wall Street and media circles via email last week.
It's not clear who snapped the pic. It was likely taken at a hedge fund business that operates next door. It's being reported that A-Rod's lawyers are investigating this and will pursue charges once they find out who took the photo...and passed it.
