First things first, Oprah Winfrey HAS NOT declared that she's running for president. She hasn't said anything about having White House dreams, for that matter. Regardless, the Internet has gone crazy with people speculating that she will or should run following her Golden Globes speech.
As you might've guessed, word of POTUS buzz has gotten back to Donald Trump, who told reporters he'd beat her in 2020. "Oprah would be a lot of fun. I know her very well ... I like Oprah," Trump told reporters yesterday. "I don't think she's going to run."
He also claimed he appeared on one of her farewell shows, but that's not true. What is true is that in the past, including a 1999 Larry King appearance, Trump said he wants Oprah has his running mate.
