Roman Polanski is facing yet another sexual assault charge involving a minor. Marianne Barnard claims Polanski sexually assaulted her at a photo shoot back in 1975 when she was just 10-years-old.
Barnard explains that her mom was present for most of the shoot, but at one point she left and that was when she was attacked. According to the police report, Barnard's mom may have been paid to leave.
Polanski and his team completely deny the allegations and say they've hired private investigators to "look into the claims" or as Barnard sees it "harass her into silence."
- While the statute of limitations on these charges has long passed, the Los Angeles Police Department explains it's investigating regardless because any evidence collected could help in other cases.
