Michael Jackson fans will be excited to hear that a new project from the late singer is expected later this month. The singer’s official Twitter account teased something called “Scream,” featuring a 15-second animated clip, although so far details are sketchy as to what it exactly is.
Some reports on social media have speculated that it’s a new album, claiming that posters have been popping up in Europe reading, “Michael Jackson Scream: Album Out Sept. 29th,” but Jackson’s estate suggests it has nothing to do with new music. "I don't foresee us releasing any more unreleased music for quite some time," John Branca, co-executor of Jackson's estate, said. "That doesn't mean there won't be interesting [new] record releases in the very near future.”
The imagery in the clip all seems to be Halloween-related, which has led to further speculation. Of course, back in July, CBS announced they were going to air an hour-long Halloween special featuring Jackson’s music, so it could be that. Check out the teaser to the right.
