(London) -- Witnesses on scene of what's being called a "terror attack" near Britain's Parliamant described today's events as "a frightening couple of minutes." A witness told the Britain newspaper "Sky News" he saw as many as ten people laying on the ground as he came out of the tube station near the Westminster Bridge. A second witness told the newspaper they "heard at least five or six rounds of gunfire." London Police said the assailant was shot by police and is being treated. There are reports of at least two deaths in the attack.
