Richie Sambora broke Bon Jovi's fans' hearts when he announced he was leaving the band 2013. As it turns out, frontman, and longtime friend Jon Bon Jovi doesn't seem to have any hard feelings about it.
“What was then, was then. And what is now, is now," Jon tells Willie Geist. "You’ve never heard me say a bad word about the guy, I love him to death."
While there's still love as far as the rocker is concerned, he admits he wasn't going to let Sambora's exit slow him down. As he puts it, "there was no way that I was going to be hindered by his departure."
