Humane Animal Rescue Offering Drive-Up Low-Cost Vaccine Clinics!

PITTSBURGH–In order to allow pet owners to better comply with social distancing guidelines, two drive-through vaccine clinics are being offered by Humane Animal Rescue. The first will take place on May 31 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at their North Side Campus (1101 Western Avenue Pittsburgh, PA 15233), the second on June 7 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at their East End Campus (6926 Hamilton Avenue Pittsburgh, PA 15206), and the third on July 12 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at their East End Campus. Typically, Humane Animal Rescue offers monthly low cost vaccine clinics in-person at various locations year round.

Pet owners will arrive, park and remain in their vehicle to check-inonline. Only vaccinations will be offered at the drive-through clinics; tests, nail trims, and exams will not be available without an appointment. Dogs will be vaccinated through the car window, cats must in a carrier as Humane Animal Rescue veterinary technicians will take cats inside to be vaccinated. Credit card payment is preferred, but cash will be accepted.

Canine vaccines offered: Rabies ($10.00), DHPP ($14.00), Boredtella Intranasal ($11.00), Leptospirosis ($12.50), Lyme ($20.00), and Canine Influenza ($35.00).

Feline vaccines offered: Rabies ($10.00), FVRCP ($14.00), and FeLV Vaccine ($18.00).
