In 2014, Jimmy Page & Robert Plant were sued for stealing parts of Led Zeppelin's iconic hit 'Stairway To Heaven' from Spirit's song 'Taurus,' written by the band's late guitarist, Randy Wolfe. In 2016, a judge ruled that there weren't any significant similarities between the two songs. Wolfe's estate was awarded another trial last year. An appeals court voted yesterday to review the decision for a re-trial. The case will be reheard in September. Take a listen for yourself.
