I lucked out in Scott Twp. Our power was out for about 5 hours on Sunday due to the severe winds - but there are still over 30,000 in the area still without lights, and in turn heat, appliances, etc. In a PG update, Duquesne Light says "..it expects power to be restored by late Wednesday night for the majority of its customers — even with 800 personnel working 16-hour-per-day shifts — and it pleaded for patience from the heavy volume." Fingers crossed!
