Larry Ramos, guitarist and co-lead singer of The Association, died Wednesday from complications of cancer, according to a message his family posted on Facebook. He was 72.

Ramos, who spent four years performing with The New Christy Minstrels prior to joining The Association, was co-lead singer of two of the group's biggest hits, 1967 number-two single "Never My Love" and the chart-topper "Windy."
